How can people turn the human phenomenon of falling in love into a meditation?


IT IS THE EASIEST WAY. In human life, love is the closest phenomenon to meditation. The moment you fall in love with someone, what actually happens? What transpires between those two who have fallen in love with each other? They drop their egos -- at least for each other. They drop their hypocrisies, their masks. They want to be together, almost one soul within two bodies. That's the desire of love.

And this is a beautiful moment to change it into a meditation. Just nobody has ever told them. In fact, just the opposite has been told to them: that love is against meditation, so people who are falling in love can never become meditators.

THE SAME PEOPLE who make celibacy spiritual make love unspiritual, something dirty, condemned. But to me things are totally different. Love helps you to relax, which is part of meditation. Love helps you to be joyous, which is part of meditation. Love helps you, for a few moments at least, to be silent, which is the essential part of meditation. And finally, making love, if you attain to an orgasmic experience, gives you a glimpse of what meditation is, but it is millions of times more than this.

So to me, love is a basic experience which can help you to become meditators. The old religions have been preventing it, and they have been preventing it for a certain reason. If people can transform their love into meditation, then the priests and the churches and the synagogues are no more needed, then people are totally free. No spiritual leadership is needed. And there are millions of priests around the world, like parasites on humanity. And naturally they will give you wrong ideas, against love, and they will give you ideas for meditation, but because you don't have the basic experience....

LOVE IS JUST LIKE when you enter into a swimming pool, step by step you are going into deeper water. Then the floor of the swimming pool is divided in two parts, one for those who cannot swim, so the water is up to your neck, and then the second part for those who can swim.

But those who want to learn swimming have to learn in the first part, which is not for swimmers. They have to learn it there. Once they have learned, then slowly they will gather courage and enter into deeper water, because for a swimmer it does not matter how deep the water is; the swimmer is always on the surface. The water may be a hundred feet deep, five hundred feet deep, or five miles deep, it makes no difference to the swimmer. It makes a difference only to the non-swimmer. Beyond five feet, everything is death. But the swimming pool is one -- shallow, deep -- it is one. And the boundary line is only a line until you learn to swim.

To me, love and meditation are just like that. Love is the shallow space in a swimming pool, for those who cannot meditate. But that is the place to learn meditation. And it is the same pool, it is the same water, it is the same kind of phenomenon. You are just unable to go deeper because you have been made afraid even to enter into it. The shallow part has been condemned, and you have been told to jump into the deeper part without knowing how to swim.

So they disturbed your love life by condemnation and they disturbed your meditative life by sheer strategy: because you don't know swimming, you cannot go so deep. And you don't have any experience of silence, peace, sheer joy, a little bit of ecstasy, something orgasmic -- these will give you the hints how meditation is not a myth. You have tasted it a little bit. It is the same energy field, just you have to go deeper into it.

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS when one couple moves into the realm of orgasmic experience? What actually happens? Every point has to be understood. Time stops. For a moment the pendulum does not move, and that single moment seems to be almost eternity. The two persons are no more two -- for a moment. They have melted into each other. There is no thought in the mind, for a moment. It is all empty and silent, and these are the things which have to be deepened in meditation.

And once you have tasted them, you will be surprised that it does not depend on the other person. Something happens within you. Something happens within the other person. But it is not dependent. If you can sit silently, if you can manage, by watching your thoughts, to bring a gap, a stop, you will suddenly see time has stopped again. And now it is in your hands, not in the hands of biology. You can keep this time stopped as long as you want. And once you know the secret key....

The key is: no thoughts, no ego, no time -- you just are.

That's why I have never been against love. I have been much condemned for it, naturally, because I was cutting the very roots of the business of all the religions.

EVERY RELIGION IS against me. Their profession depends on condemning love and praising meditation. They know you cannot attain to meditation, and they know now your love is condemned, it is a sin. You will never experience any orgasmic phenomenon, so meditation will remain just a philosophy, and your life will remain loveless, angry, full of rage, ready to explode at any excuse. Because where will your energy go?

It could have become peace, silence, joy, blissfulness. You did not allow it to become that. That repressed energy turns into poison. That's why everybody is irritable, annoyed, worried, tense. The simple reason is that they have lost the natural source of relaxation.

No animal looks irritated, annoyed, angry, because they don't understand the language the priests speak.

They have never heard that celibacy is spiritual. Of course they cannot attain to meditation, but they are far better than those human beings who could have attained meditative heights, but have lost even the simple biological experience of orgasm.

THOSE ARE SIMPLY indications of your possibilities, potentialities. And it is easier to experiment with something natural in the beginning and then to try something which is supernatural, which belongs to higher nature.

And once you know how to be silent, how to be thoughtless, how to be in a state of no time, no mind, you experience such orgasmic joy, which has nothing to do with sex, it has such purity and such innocence.

A man who has attained to that purity and innocence has no need of sex, it is no longer a psychological problem for him. But there is no prohibition either. He can enjoy sex too, and he will enjoy it more than anybody else, because his orgasm will immediately become meditative.

Having experienced the meditative orgasm -- such a greater phenomenon -- his sexual orgasm will immediately trigger the bigger orgasm. He can play with sex. There is no harm in it. There is no need, but there is no prohibition either. It is up to him.

THE MEDITATIVE ORGASM absorbs your sexual energy, because you don't have any other energy. Your whole energy is sexual energy, and that vast explosion of joy simply absorbs all your energy. Hence, you need not become a pervert, you need not make an effort to remain celibate. It is just your choice.

If you want to play old games once in a while, it is perfectly good. In fact, perhaps it should be a part of every enlightened man's life to have sex once in a while, because that will change the attitude of the whole world about sex.

Without that, it is very difficult to change. Then they can see that even an enlightened person can enjoy sex. There is nothing sin-like in it. And it will join the enlightened man and unenlightened man in a bridge. At least on one point, both experience the same thing....

Love is a natural kind of meditation. And meditation is a supernatural kind of love

OSHO MEDITATION

PRAYER MEDITATION
It is best to do this prayer at night, in a darkened mom, going to sleep
immediately after wards; or it can be done in the morning, but it must be
followed by fifteen minutes rest. This test is necessary; otherwise you will feel
as if you are drunk, in a stupor.
This merging with energy is prayer. It changes you. And when you change, then
the whole existence will change.
Raise both your hands towards the sky, palms uppermost, head up, and just
feeling existence flowing in you.
As the energy flows down your arms you will feel a gentle tremor
— be like a leaf in a breeze, trembling. Allow it, help it. Then let your whole
body vibrate with en energy, and just let whatever happens happen.
You feel again a flowing with the earth. Earth and heaven, above and
below, yin and yang, male and female — you float, you mix, you drop
yourself completely. You are not. You become one ... merge.
After two to three minutes, or whenever you feel completely filled, lean
down to the earth and kiss the earth. You simply become a vehicle to allow
the divine energy to unite with that of the earth. These two stages should be
repeated six more times so that each of the chakras can become unblocked.
Morn times can be done, but if you do less you will feel restless and unable
to sleep.
Go into sleep in that very state of prayer. Just fall asleep and the energy will
be there. You will be flowing with it, falling into sleep. That will help very
greatly because then the energy will surround you the whole night and it will
continue to work. By the morning you will feel fresher than you have ever felt
before, more vital than you have ever felt before. A new élan, a new life will
start penetrating you, and the whole day you will feel full of new energy; a new
vibe, a new song in your heart, and a new dance in your step.

ARMASTUS

Selle maailma armastus põhineb tunnetel.
Tunded tulevad ja lähevad. Inimesed on natuke aega õnnelikud ja siis jälle õnnetud. Lihatasandi armastus ei kesta kuigi kaua.
Tehakse igasuguseid trikke, et seda säilitada võimalikult kaua, kuid lõpuks saab see ikkagi otsa.
Vaimu tasandil on armastus Jumala kohalolu.
See armastus on igavene ja armastab kõiki vaimolendeid.
Vaimutasandi inimene ei leia eales lihatasandilt armastust.
Seal on esikohal sex, kahe keha masturbatsioon......ilma vaimus üks olemiseta.
Me oleme unustanud kes oleme ning põleme liha himudes.

Inimesed ei saa aru, mis toimub, miks on tekkinud tohutu vajadus sexi järele?
Miks miljonid mehed masturbeerivad veebikaamera ees?
Aga selle pärast, et oleme unustanud , kes oleme.

Olukorrad on just spetsiaalselt sinu jaoks ja vaim teab, kuhu ta sind suunab.

Minu vajadus oli tähelepanu järele ja see segas täiusliku ihu loomist.
Nüüd on see kogemus käes ning ma ei põe selle pärast.
Pole vaja muretseda, miks asjad toimuvad nii ja mitte teisiti.
Oleme pidevalt järginud teisi inimesi ja oma identiteet on kadunud.
Inimese ihu on Jumala ime, sest ta töötab suurepäraselt....igal organil on oma funktsioon.
Aga miks on siis nii palju kortsus ihusid?
Mis on aeg? Kuidas ta saab muuta ihu vanaks?
Kui kõik on üks moment, siis ihu on täiuslik selles momendis.
Kui aeg on illusioon, siis see on küll võimas tapja.
Tuleb nii välja , et ma tapan iseennast oma mõtetega.
Kui poleks päeva ja ööd, siis poleks päevi ja aastaid.
Mismoodi ma siis kortsun?
Esemed ei pea ajaarvestust ja säilivad meist kauem.
Nad lihtsalt on.
Kas me ei võiks lihtsalt olla?

THE DAY THE WORLD DIDN,T END

October 10, 2008: Here's what didn't happen on Sept. 10th:

The world did not end. Switching on the world's largest and most powerful particle accelerator near Geneva, Switzerland, did not trigger the creation of a microscopic black hole. And that black hole did not start rapidly sucking in surrounding matter faster and faster until it devoured the Earth, as sensationalist news reports had suggested it might.

Of course, because you're alive and reading this article today, you already knew that. Currently the accelerator, an underground ring 5 miles across called the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), has been shut down for repairs. But once the immensely powerful machine starts back up, is there a chance that the doomsday scenario could still occur?

Relax. As Mark Twain might have said, reports of Earth's death have been greatly exaggerated.

"There never really was a danger from the accelerator, but that sure didn't stop people from speculating that there might be!" says Robert Johnson, a physicist at the Santa Cruz Institute for Particle Physics and a member of the science team for NASA's Fermi Gamma-ray Space Telescope, which launched in June to study gamma rays from many phenomena, including possible evaporating black holes.

There are several reasons why the world did not come to an end on Sept. 10th, and why the Large Hadron Collider isn't capable of triggering such a calamity.

First of all, yes, it is true that the LHC might create microscopic black holes. But, for the record, it could not have created one on its first day. That's because the physicists at CERN didn't steer beams of protons into each other to create high-energy collisions. Sept. 10th was just a warmup run. To date, the collider still has not produced any collisions, and it is the extreme energy of those collisions — up to 14 tera-electron volts — that could potentially create a microscopic black hole.

Actually, once the LHC is running again and begins producing collisions, physicists will be ecstatic if it creates a tiny black hole. It would be the first experimental evidence to support an elegant but unproven and controversial "theory of everything" called string theory.

In string theory, electrons, photons, quarks, and all the other fundamental particles are different vibrations of infinitesimal strings in 10 dimensions: 9 space dimensions and one time dimension. (The other 6 space dimensions are hidden by one explanation or another, for example by being "curled up" on an extremely small scale.) Some physicists tout string theory's mathematical elegance and its ability to integrate gravity with the other forces of nature. The widely accepted Standard Model of particle physics does not include gravity, which is one reason why it does not predict that the LHC would create a gravitationally collapsed point — a black hole — while string theory does.

Many physicists have started to doubt whether string theory is true. But assuming for a moment that it is, what would happen when a black hole is born inside the LHC? The surprising answer is "not much." Even if the black hole survives for more than a fraction of a second (which it probably wouldn't), most likely it would be flung out into space. "It would only have the mass of a hundred or so protons, and it would be moving at near the speed of light, so it would easily have escape velocity," Johnson explains. Because the tiny black hole would be less than a thousandth the size of a proton and would have an exceedingly weak gravitational pull, it could easily zip through solid rock without ever touching — or sucking in — any matter. From the perspective of something this tiny, the atoms that make up "solid" rock appear to be almost entirely empty space: the vast space between the atoms' nuclei and their orbiting electrons. So a micro black hole could shoot down through the center of the Earth and out the other side without causing any damage just as easily as it could shoot up through 300 feet of the Swiss countryside. Either way, it would end up out in the near-vacuum of space, where the odds of it touching and sucking in any matter so that it could grow into a menace would be smaller still.

So the first thing a micro-black hole would do is leave the planet safely behind. But there are other, even stronger reasons why scientists believe the LHC poses no threat to Earth. For one, a black hole created in the LHC would almost certainly evaporate before it got very far, most scientists believe. Stephen Hawking, the physicist who wrote A Brief History of Time, predicted that black holes radiate energy, a phenomenon known as Hawking radiation. Because of this steady loss of energy, black holes eventually evaporate. The smaller the black hole, the more intense the Hawking radiation, and the quicker the black hole will vanish. So a black hole a thousand times smaller than a proton should disappear almost instantly in a quick burst of radiation.

"Hawking's prediction is not based on speculative string theory but rather on well understood principles of quantum mechanics and particle physics," Johnson notes.

Despite its strong theoretical foundations, Hawking radiation has never been observed directly. Still, scientists are confident that any black hole created by the LHC would pose no threat. How can they be so sure? Because of cosmic rays. Thousands of times per day, high-energy cosmic rays strike the Earth's atmosphere, colliding with molecules in the air with at least 20 times more energy than the most powerful collisions that the LHC can produce. So if this new accelerator could make Earth-devouring black holes, cosmic rays would have already done so billions of times during Earth's long history.

And yet, here we are. Let the collisions begin!

VÄIKESTE ROBOTITE LOOMINE

Lapsest vormitakse varakult robot.
Laps on tulnud maailma kogema elu, ning avastama iseenda kõrgemat mina. Ta on äsja saabunud valgusest, kuid meie arvame et laps on rumal ja teda on vaja paika panna.
Teadmatusest, kuna meie vanemad tegid meiega sama, me hakkame talle süsteemi reegleid õpetama.
Meie eeskujuks on raamatud, kellegi teise inimese kogemused ja me rakendame neid oma lapse peal.
Topime lapsesse toite, mis võiks talle kasulikud olla, kehtestame ajad, millal süüa , millal magada, millal mängida jne.
Lasteaias teevad kõik üht ja sama tegevust, seal on 30 last kõik ühe reegli all, nagu nende ihud oleksid kõik sarnased.
Lapse keha teab, mis toitu vajab, kuid see tahtmine surutakse maha ja sunnitakse peale seda, mis parasjagu olemas on. Lõpuks kaob tal igasugune isu, sest organism vajab üht, aga sööma peab ta teist.
Iga asi, mida ülearu pruugitakse , nüristab lõpuks meeli.
Me ei usalda lapse vaimu, mis soovib talle parimat, vaid loome roboti.
Selles süsteemis pole spontaansusel kohta, sest siis saab su kõrgem mina sind juhtida.
Süsteemi vaim soovib toota roboteid, et omada kontrolli inimese üle.
Inimene , kes on armastuseta , kardab ja hoiab kokku süsteemis olevate gruppidega.
Tekib grupi vaim, see nagu pakuks kaitset. G.Aarma ütles ilusti.....mää, mää mentaliteet.
Usugrupid pakuvad justkui kaitset, kuid nad halvavad sinu spontaansuse, sest sulle kehtestatakse reeglid, mis eraldavad sind teistest gruppidest.
Killustamine sobib sellele vaimule, kes soovib kaost.
Kui sa tegutsed oma sisemise mina juhtimisel , siis ei saa see vaim sind kontrollida.
Süsteemi on lihtne kontrollida, sest seal saab toimida oma tahtmist mööda, lihtsalt kehtestades uue reegli, mida kõik peavad täitma.
Tegelikult on reegleid nii palju, et nendest ei saa enam keegi sotti.
Inimesed ei tea neist suurt midagi, kes just ei tegele sellel alal.
Ja need, kes teavad reegleid, väänavad neid oma kasuks.
Ongi üks paras kaos.
Ometi valivad vaimud sündida siia süsteemi vanglasse.

Kõik, mis su uus süda tahab teha , ongi su seadus.
Siis sa teed kõike oma ihu tarvis õigel ajal ja keegi ei sunni sind.
See on vabadus vaimus, see toob tervise ihusse ja rahu südamesse.
Seal , kus on Issanda vaim....seal on vabadus.
Mis vaim see on, mis röövib meilt vabaduse ja teeb meist roboti??????????
Selle vaimust tuleb lahti saada.

IIOB

Iiobi lugu teavad arvatavasti kõik piiblist.
Jumal lasi Iiobi ellu tulla igasugused hädad. Tunnen end samuti kui Iiob ja kaeblen universumi poole, sest ma ei saa aru , miks ma pean kannatama.
Iiob oli õige ja tegi head, kuid Jumal lasi kuradi ta kallale.
Mida see siis tähendab? Kurat saab tegutseda vaid Jumala loal.
Kurat on Jumala tööriist. Mis ma tast siis kirun?
Samamoodi ei saanud Iiob aru, miks teda karistatakse!
Sõbrad arvasid, et ju ta ikka on patune, kuid Iiob raius vastu, et ei ole.
Siis rääkis Jumal Iiobiga ja selgitas, kui võimas ta on, sest kõik on tema loodud. Iiob tunnistas, et mitte miskit pole võimatut Jumalale.
Usk Jumala kõikvõimsusesse vabastas õnnistused Iiobi ellu.

Kirjatäht suretab, aga vaim teeb elavaks. Nii see on.

Väljaspool süsteemi pole tööd, on eksisteerimine ning meeldiva tegevuse tegemine. Kõik asjad ning materiaalsed rikkused ringlevad vastavalt vajadusele. Inimesel pole hirmu, et mateeria saab otsa, sest seda jagub kõigile.
Universumi seadus on....mida külvad, seda lõikad.
